A serious need in South Fulton. Now one center in two locations.

Awarded Appreciation Letter from former Governor Roy Barnes.- In 1999 opened Visions Care Adult Day Health Center in Union City. This brought adult day health care awareness to the Fulton County Division of Aging where an additional facility was added onto the H.J. Bowden Center in East Point.
-In 1999 started awarding book scholarships to the Sisters, Brothers and Nursing Program at Banneker High School.

Advocating for MARTA transportation to Flat Shoals and other South Fulton communities.
